Griselle Esparza Capistran

Griselle Esparza Capistran joined Montgomery | Amatuzio as an attorney in 2025 after earning her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in St. Petersburg, Florida, and a Master’s degree in International Economic Law from Toulouse, France. During law school, she worked as a law clerk for civil litigation firms, where she handled commercial and civil defense matters for a diverse range of corporate clients. She now focuses her practice on commercial and civil defense litigation, representing businesses, individuals, and insurance companies in both state and federal courts while providing strategic counsel throughout the Rocky Mountain region.

Griselle is a dedicated and detail-oriented litigator who works closely with her clients to ensure legal strategies align with their goals and business objectives. She brings a results-driven mindset to every case and is known for providing personalized, efficient legal counsel. Her thoughtful and comprehensive approach has made her a trusted advocate for clients navigating the complexities of litigation. Whether through dispositive motions, alternative dispute resolution, or trial, Griselle is committed to achieving effective outcomes and believes the foundation of a strong client relationship is timely and effective communication.

Griselle is actively involved in the legal community through the American Bar Association, including the Business Law Division, the Antitrust and Consumer Protection Division, and the Tax Law Division. She is also a member of the Colorado Defense Lawyers Association and has previously performed pro bono work through housing initiatives and legal clinics focused on wills, trusts, and estates.

Outside of work, Griselle is a lifelong tennis player and can often be found on the courts, hiking, skiing, or biking whenever she has the opportunity. She loves nature and enjoys spending time with family and friends. Originally from Monterrey, Mexico, Griselle has also lived in Italy and France, and as a passionate traveler, she has explored more than thirteen other countries.
