Welcome to the Montgomery | Amatuzio website. These Website Terms of Use govern your access to and use of this website. By accessing or using the website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not access or use the website.
Firm Identity
Montgomery | Amatuzio is a trade name used by the limited liability partnership that owns and operates the law firm. References in these Terms of Use to “Montgomery | Amatuzio,” the “firm,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to that legal entity and, as applicable, its attorneys, employees, agents, and representatives.
Neither C. Michael Montgomery nor Kevin F. Amatuzio currently maintains a professional relationship with the firm or holds any financial interest in its ownership or operations. The firm makes no representation concerning whether either individual currently maintains an active license to practice law in Colorado, Wyoming, Utah, or any other jurisdiction in which the firm practices. The use of their names reflects that they formerly held licenses to practice law in Colorado in good standing and that their names were incorporated into the firm’s trade name as permitted by the applicable rules of professional conduct. The continued use of the Montgomery | Amatuzio trade name does not imply that either individual is currently affiliated with, provides legal services through, supervises, controls, or holds any ownership or financial interest in the firm.
Informational Purposes Only
The content provided on this website is for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal advice, a legal opinion, or a recommendation concerning any particular legal issue, matter, or course of action. You should not act or refrain from acting based on information contained on this website without consulting qualified legal counsel concerning your particular circumstances.
Although Montgomery | Amatuzio strives to provide useful and accurate information, laws, regulations, court decisions, and legal standards change frequently. Website content may not reflect the most recent legal developments and may not apply to a particular jurisdiction, matter, or factual situation. Legal outcomes depend on the specific facts and circumstances of each matter. Montgomery | Amatuzio makes no representation or warranty concerning the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, reliability, or applicability of information available through this website.
No Attorney-Client Relationship
Accessing or using this website does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Montgomery | Amatuzio or any of its attorneys. Contacting the firm or its personnel through this website, by email, telephone, online form, or any other means does not establish an attorney-client relationship.
Montgomery | Amatuzio has no obligation to review or respond to unsolicited communications. A response from the firm or any of its personnel does not, by itself, constitute acceptance of a matter or an agreement to provide legal services. An attorney-client relationship is established only through a written engagement agreement accepted by both the firm and the client that defines the scope and terms of the representation. Any legal services provided by Montgomery | Amatuzio are governed exclusively by the applicable written engagement agreement.
Confidential and Time-Sensitive Information
Communications submitted through this website or sent to the firm before an attorney-client relationship has been established may not be confidential, privileged, or secure. You should not submit confidential, privileged, sensitive, or time-sensitive information through this website, an online form, or email unless an attorney at Montgomery | Amatuzio has expressly authorized the communication.
Information submitted without prior authorization may not be treated as confidential and could create a conflict that prevents the firm from representing you. You remain responsible for protecting your legal rights and complying with all applicable deadlines. Submission of information to the firm does not suspend or extend any statute of limitations, filing deadline, response deadline, or other legal requirement.
No Guarantee of Results
Descriptions of the firm’s experience, representative matters, case results, clients, practice areas, or attorneys are provided for general informational purposes only. Prior results do not guarantee or predict a similar outcome in any future matter. Every legal matter is different, and the result of any matter depends on its particular facts, applicable law, procedural circumstances, and other factors.
Attorney Advertising and Jurisdictional Limitations
This website may constitute attorney advertising under the laws and professional rules of certain jurisdictions. Nothing on this website is intended as a solicitation or offer to provide legal services in any jurisdiction in which doing so would violate applicable law or professional obligations.
Montgomery | Amatuzio maintains its principal office in Denver, Colorado. Individual attorneys may be licensed in jurisdictions where the firm does not maintain a physical office. Information concerning each attorney’s jurisdictional admissions is available in that attorney’s biography on this website. An attorney’s inclusion on this website does not imply that the attorney is licensed to practice in every jurisdiction.
Employment Information
Nothing on this website constitutes a job offer, promise of employment, employment agreement, or guarantee that any position is or will remain available. Any careers or employment-related content is provided for general informational purposes only.
Submitting a résumé, application, or other employment-related material does not create an employment relationship or obligate Montgomery | Amatuzio to review the submission, provide an interview, respond to the applicant, or offer employment. Employment opportunities may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time.

Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, this website and all content made available through it are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
Montgomery | Amatuzio disclaims all warranties concerning the website and its content, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, noninfringement, accuracy, availability, security, and freedom from harmful code. Nothing in these Terms of Use excludes or limits a warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

This limitation includes direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, and punitive damages, as well as loss of data, business, revenue, profits, opportunities, or goodwill, regardless of the legal theory asserted and even if the possibility of such damages was known or reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these Terms of Use excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Governing Law and Venue
These Terms of Use and any dispute arising from or relating to this website are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
Subject to any applicable law that requires otherwise, any legal action arising from or relating to this website or these Terms of Use must be brought exclusively in a state court located in the City and County of Denver, Colorado, or in the United States District Court for the District of Colorado. By using this website, you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

Montgomery | Amatuzio may revise these Terms of Use periodically to reflect changes in the website, the firm’s practices, technology, or legal requirements. Revised terms become effective when posted on this website unless a later effective date is stated. Your continued use of the website after revised terms are posted constitutes acceptance of those terms.
Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms of Use is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the greatest extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
The firm’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms of Use does not constitute a waiver of that provision or the right to enforce it later. A waiver is effective only if made in writing by an authorized representative of Montgomery | Amatuzio.
