  • Jeff Bollers joined Montgomery | Amatuzio in 2026. His practice includes matters involving insurance coverage, personal injury, contract disputes, and insurance bad faith. Jeff began practicing law in 2012. Before joining Montgomery | Amatuzio, he worked for a boutique litigation firm in Denver, a national civil defense firm, and served as in-house counsel for a publicly traded gaming company. He has represented a diverse range of clients, including individuals, small businesses, insurers, and reinsurers.

    In addition to defending clients in all phases of civil litigation, Jeff is well-versed in pre-suit insurance claim investigations, conducting EUOs, declaratory relief actions, and negotiating settlements.

    Jeff is an experienced, thoughtful litigator and coverage attorney who brings a strategic and practical approach to every phase of a case. He prioritizes resolving matters efficiently while protecting his clients’ interests and minimizing disruptions to their daily lives. He has successfully represented clients of varying levels of sophistication and enjoys helping others navigate the litigation process.

    Throughout his legal career, Jeff has favorably resolved litigated cases involving first-party coverage and value disputes, negligence and premises liability claims, real estate and contract actions, and other tort claims, including fraud, product liability, and defamation. His insurance coverage practice has included complex claims involving liability coverage and the duty to defend, coverage under transportation network company (TNC) policies, commercial auto policies, and first-party property and builder’s risk coverage.

    Jeff grew up in Thornton, Colorado, and has also lived in Oregon, Nevada, and Arizona. Outside the office, Jeff enjoys snowboarding, table tennis, cooking shows, and following the Denver Nuggets.
