Natalie R. Norcutt

Natalie Norcutt joined Montgomery | Amatuzio in 2024 as an attorney after gaining years of valuable experience in general commercial litigation. Natalie’s practice is centered on general litigation defense, with an emphasis on complex commercial disputes, including insurance coverage and liability issues. She has successfully handled first- and third-party insurance claims, personal injury suits, premises liability cases, and malpractice matters, both at the state and federal levels. Natalie has also demonstrated an ability to negotiate complex settlements through formal and informal mediation, ensuring that her clients’ interests are effectively represented and that individuals unfamiliar with the legal system understand the nuances of the litigation strategy and process.
