Founded in 1996 by Michael Montgomery and Kevin Amatuzio, the firm was built on a shared vision to practice law differently, grounded in exceptional client service, principled advocacy, and unwavering integrity. Over decades of practice, Mike and Kevin earned reputations for legal skill and professionalism, gaining the respect of clients, opposing counsel, and the courts.

Throughout their careers, they worked alongside many talented attorneys and partners whose contributions were integral to the firm’s growth and success. Many lawyers spent substantial portions of their careers at the firm, while others went on to distinguished roles, including judicial appointments, mediation firms, and general counsel positions at national companies. Several of the firm’s current partners were personally hired through committees led by Mike or Kevin.

Although Mike and Kevin have retired from active legal practice, they remain trusted friends of the firm. Through their namesakes, we proudly carry forward the principles, standards, and legacy they established.
