In 1996, Michael Montgomery founded the firm and partnered with Kevin Amatuzio, united by a shared vision to practice law differently, with an emphasis on client service, advocacy, and integrity. Over decades of practice, Mike and Kevin built reputations for legal skill and professionalism, earning the respect of clients, opposing counsel, and the courts.

Throughout their careers, Mike and Kevin worked alongside many talented attorneys and partners whose contributions were integral to the firm’s success. Numerous attorneys spent substantial portions of their careers at the firm, while others went on to distinguished roles, including judicial appointments and general counsel positions at national companies. Several of the firm’s current partners were personally hired by committees led by Mike or Kevin.

Although Mike and Kevin have retired from active legal practice, they remain trusted friends of the firm. Through their namesakes, we proudly carry forward the principles, standards, and legacy established by Michael Montgomery and Kevin Amatuzio.
