  • Paige Ross joined Montgomery | Amatuzio in 2025. Prior to joining the firm, Paige worked as a public defender in Arapahoe County, Colorado, where she gained substantial litigation experience managing a heavy caseload and zealously advocating for her clients. During her time at the Public Defender’s Office, she handled a wide range of criminal matters involving extensive motions practice and first-chaired a trial for careless driving resulting in death.

Throughout her career, Paige has developed a commanding presence both in and out of the courtroom. She has successfully litigated cases through trial, with a strong focus on a client-centered approach. Paige believes in meeting clients where they are and strives to ensure that everyone she represents is fully informed and actively involved in the litigation process. As a first-generation attorney, she understands that the legal system can be daunting and works to educate and include her clients at every stage of a case. Her attention to detail and meticulous preparation make her a dedicated and effective advocate.

During her time at the Public Defender’s Office, Paige gained not only extensive litigation experience, but also a deeper sense of empathy, compassion, and humility that she brings to all her cases. She honed her sense of justice and advocacy in law school, where she worked for a civil rights litigation firm and assisted in briefing a decades-old case involving wrongful sex offender registration. While at Nebraska Law, Paige completed extensive coursework in technology and privacy law, as well as insurance law. After law school, she clerked for a district court judge in Denver, further developing her research and writing skills, including appellate work, while observing attorneys practicing before the court.

Outside of work, Paige is an avid reader and enjoys art, baking, history, and metal music. She played competitive volleyball for nearly a decade and enjoys staying active in her spare time. On weekends, she can often be found cheering on the Huskers and Broncos in the fall or visiting a museum when she is not playing a new video game.
