Proven Litigator Jackie Thompson Returns to the Firm

Montgomery | Amatuzio is pleased to announce that Jackie Thompson has joined the firm as an Attorney.

Jackie focuses her practice on insurance and construction litigation, representing businesses, individuals, and insurers in complex civil matters involving personal injury, premises liability, insurance bad faith, coverage, commercial litigation, and construction litigation throughout Colorado and Wyoming.

Jackie originally joined Montgomery | Amatuzio in 2022 before expanding her experience at regional and national law firms, where she represented clients in a broad range of high exposure commercial, construction, and catastrophic injury matters. She also gained experience handling multidistrict litigation and class action matters involving sophisticated corporate clients, strengthening her skills in complex discovery, dispositive motion practice, strategic case evaluation, and trial preparation.

Jackie represents clients through every stage of litigation, from pre-suit investigation through trial and arbitration. She is committed to developing practical litigation strategies tailored to each client's goals while providing thoughtful legal analysis, proactive communication, and efficient, client-centered representation.
