Brendan brings decades of legal excellence and trial experience to Montgomery | Amatuzio, with a practice focused on civil litigation, insurance defense, and complex commercial matters. He is AV® rated by Martindale-Hubbell® and is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, distinctions that reflect his reputation for exceptional skill, integrity, and professionalism. Brendan has served as lead counsel in numerous state and federal trials and is well regarded for his expertise in complex insurance coverage analysis and high-stakes claims matters.

Joining the firm alongside Brendan is Mark W. Gerganoff, who has joined Montgomery | Amatuzio as a Senior Attorney. Mark brings decades of experience across insurance defense, general civil litigation, regulatory matters, and appellate and judicial review proceedings, including extensive experience before the Colorado Supreme Court and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.
