Jeff Bollers Brings Broad Litigation and Coverage Experience to Firm

Montgomery | Amatuzio is pleased to welcome Jeff Bollers to the firm as Senior Attorney. Jeff’s practice focuses on insurance coverage, personal injury, contract disputes, and insurance bad faith matters. He brings more than a decade of litigation and coverage experience representing insurers, businesses, and individuals in complex disputes.

Before joining the firm, Jeff practiced with both boutique and national civil defense firms and also served as in-house counsel for a publicly traded gaming company. His experience includes all phases of civil litigation, pre-suit claim investigations, EUOs, declaratory relief actions, and negotiated resolutions involving a broad range of first-party and third-party claims.

Jeff is an experienced and practical litigator who takes a strategic approach to resolving disputes efficiently while protecting his clients’ interests. We are excited to have Jeff join the firm and look forward to the experience and perspective he will bring to our clients and team.
