Sam Sternburg Joins Montgomery | Amatuzio

Montgomery | Amatuzio is proud to welcome Sam Sternburg to the firm as an attorney. Sam’s practice focuses on insurance coverage and the representation of insurance carriers and their insureds in complex first-party and third-party disputes, including matters involving construction defect, product liability, personal injury, wrongful death, professional liability, bad faith, and mass tort claims.

Before joining the firm, Sam worked for a Fortune 500 company, where he focused on drafting and negotiating commercial agreements. He now applies that experience to analyzing sophisticated insuring agreements and coverage issues arising under contracts and supplier agreements. Sam also brings broad litigation experience spanning from pleadings through dispositive motions.

Sam is actively involved in the Colorado legal community and is a member of the Justice Sonia Sotomayor Inn of Court and the Colorado Defense Lawyers Association. We are excited to have Sam join the firm and look forward to the value and perspective he will bring to our clients and team.
