Jury Returns Defense Verdict in Commercial Property Damage Case

Partner Justin C. Mankin and attorney Jacob B. Elsner secured a complete defense verdict in Denver County District Court in a commercial property damage dispute arising from an accident involving a commercial limousine company.

The plaintiff sought substantial damages for repairs to a luxury passenger bus, as well as alleged lost business profits during the Denver Nuggets' championship run. Justin and Jacob successfully challenged both liability and the plaintiff's claimed damages, resulting in a defense verdict in favor of their general contractor client. The court also awarded the firm's client recoverable costs following the verdict.
